What is GetWell Loop?

GetWell Loop is a free service that may be offered to patients by their physician or hospital to enable care teams to stay connected with patients through their surgical journey or episode of care. GetWell Loop uses technology in a user-friendly manner to bring patients and their healthcare teams together, providing a new level of care.

Patients are invited to use GetWell Loop by their physician or hospital, and are then sent an activation email. After activating, patients are able to use a computer or smartphone to connect with their care team. GetWell Loop provides automated guidance and reassurance, helps organize what to do and when to do it, and tracks patients' progress. All this is without having to pick up the phone.
