How do I correct my date of birth?

The first step to activating your account is to verify your date of birth. If your date of birth is not recognized by the system, please follow the steps below:

  • Did you enter your date of birth correctly? Remember to click on the month, day, and year bars to enter each value

Tip: When entering your year of birth, please be sure to enter the year as a four digit entry (i.e 1960).

  • If your date of birth is not accepted, please contact your doctor's office or hospital before reaching out to GetWell Loop Technical Support. GetWell Loop receives your account information directly from your health care provider and there may be a discrepancy in their records.
